Help, my dashboard shows 10 of 10 used but I lready upgraded to premium and my orders are not being processed I don't think.

Your account shows up as Premium on my end. Account status is displayed like this:
Did you just recently upgrade? If yes, please log out your account then log back in. If the account status does not change, try clearing your browser's cache.
For your peace of mind, please be informed that this is just a cache issue. Your account is on Premium status no matter what. We can assure you that your form did not miss a single order.
