How do I make a blank form reappear after submission?

After someone submits a form, a thank-you page appears. I want a confirmation of submission followed by a blank form for the next person. How do I do that?

    Thanks!

If you want a confirmation message AND at the same time a redirect after a couple of seconds, then perhaps this guide might help: http://www.jotform.com/help/89-Create-a-Custom-Thank-you-page-with-Auto-redirect. However, you need to have a custom web page to run the script to redirect.

If you just want to load a next form after clicking the submit button, you can just copy the form link and place it on the custom link for your "Thank You" page. Here's a guide on how to setup your "Thank You" page: http://www.jotform.com/help/211-Setting-Up-the-Thank-You-Page

You can also setup an autoresponder as a confirmation email that your user has completed a form. Here's a guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder

Let us know if you need more help on this.
