Our JS embedded form does not get updated conditionsAsked by rgrazulis on December 28, 2015 at 01:59 PM
Hi. Thanks for the help. I've rechecked periodically several time, but it hasn't changed.
Any advice? I have saved on jotform, and my understanding is that it should automatically update on our site.
I took a look at your form on your website and since it is working for me, just as it did for my colleague, I do believe that the actual issue here are js conflicts.
They can be present for you and not for us, or be present for all, but show in different manner.
The best way to deal with the same is to use the iframe embed code instead of the js embed code.
You can see how to get it here: How to get the jotform iFrame Code
Do let us know how it goes after you embed it using this (iframe embed) code.
