We are a little league baseball district that adds a fundraiding surcharge to our registrations. On our online registration form I've made the charge mandatory in the PayPal integration by embedding the source and adding the checked="checked" disabled="disabled" line. This works great in the form (the surcharge amount is added to the item amount) but when the form is submitted and the user redirected to the PayPal gateway, the surcharge does not appear nor is it factored into the total. Any ideas why this is happening? Thanks.

Replace disabled="disabled" with onClick="this.checked=true"
Please keep us posted on your results. Thanks!

Glad you're happy with my colleague's solution. Incidentally, while trying to come up with my own solution for the issue, I noticed that the age chart looked a little blurry and my hunch that the image wasn't being displayed at its original dimensions was correct. To fix this, load the form into the form builder, click the age chart, click the Height button and change the value from 300 to 301 and click OK. Likewise, click the Width button, change the value from 548 to 550 and click OK. Save the form when done.
