You will only be getting submission(s) if the form is submitted. May we know which form(old form) are you referring to so we can also check it, please? We will wait for your response. Thank you.

In our archive there is a form called "Søknadsskjema GVFB ses 2".
I realized yesterday, one of the submissions sent to email@example.com is from this form.
The link we distribute is to the the new form "Søknadsskjema GVFB ses 3". There is no link to the old form any longer on our clients web site.

On my checks, I can see the submissions coming from your old form. The form ID's are matching with your old "Søknadsskjema GVFB ses 2" form. Please, see it from the below:
However, I need you to tell you that if the form is disabled, you can't submit a form. Could you verify that the form has disabled for a long time?

I did not know i had to disable the forms, but I did yesterday (including the form used two years ago). How coma the ID is the same when the form name is changed?
Still there is a question why all our problems startet after changing tu "EU-servers"? (please look through all our questions about our submissions, and troubles after changing the servers)
We are still waiting for answers regarding this....
We wish you all a happy new year. Looking forward to a fix.

The ID is different. The old has this http://www.jotformpro.com/form/43301581862957.
The new form is http://www.jotformpro.com/form/52783757724973.
Would you mind letting us know where the form is embedded? It's impossible for the old form to get a submission if you have replaced it with the new one.
Your previous questions are all answered and some of them have been forwarded and already assigned to our developers.

Here is the link to the page where we link to the jot form document:
The link is named :"Søk om å være med i Gift ved første blikk her!"
Then you end up at: https://form.jotform.com/52783757724973
Some of the submissions are done on old forms. I would like to know how that is possible?

It's either some of the users are getting a cache version of your website so they see the old form and fill it or they have your old form on file and then fill it from their bookmark. Anyways, I will refer this to our developers to see whether they can check how this happened in the forms.
