Who is the owner of JOTFORM Account

I need the know how I get into spbmx with the email address clerk@spbmx.net. We use your service for an online registration form and I think it is free. But no one in our association has any idea who established this account or how we maintain it. I may want to change our subscription but I don't know what our current usage is for the online registration. I think we get about 15 to 20 entries a week, so is usage of 100 or less based what time frame, day, week, month or year. I sent a question before and got an answer from Mike that is where I found out the name and email address the account is asscicated with. Plese let me know. Unfortunately, we cannot give you access to an account that belongs to someone else.  The information you provided is correct, the username is "spbmx" and the email address associated with the account is "clerk@spbmx.net".  You can reset your password from the login screen using either of those and the reset email will be sent to "clerk@spbmx.net".  If you happen to know who's email address that is, the password can be reset from there.
