I need to clone or move a form

I need to clone a form or move it to another account. I tried the clone but when I used the web page it got the wrong form, and when I used the jotform link to the form I was not authorized to do so.

the link below is the main form I need to move. not the sign up in sidebar. as thats what it picked up when I gave it this url.
