It appears my account has changed back to the free account. Can someone call me about combining two accounts into one? Please increase my submissions until we get the account turned back on.

Hi,
Unfortunately it is not possible to combine two accounts into one. However, if you have a paid account, you can make a request so we can transfer your forms from Cityplex account to the paid account.
Do keep in mind that deleting the submissions does not reset the submission counter. You will have to wait for a month until the submission counter resets to 0 again. If you do not want to wait and prefer to keep using the Cityplex account immediately, you will have to upgrade it to one of our pricing plans. You can check out the pricing of our plans here: https://www.jotform.com/pricing You can still avail to our holiday sale promo where all yearly plans are 50% off.
Do inform us if you need further assistance,
Regards. -

Hi,
I checked your account Cityplex, however, there are no billing records in the account. It seems that the account you are referring to is a different account. I checked our billing records and I found a related account to Cityplex Towers. The account name is CPmaintenance. The account is on Premium Bi-yearly plan. Maybe this is the account you are looking for? If you have access to the account, we can just move your forms from Cityplex account to CPmaintenance so the submission limit of the form will depend on CPmaintenance account submission limit.
Do let us know if you want to proceed in moving your forms.

This Cityplex account was setup in 2011. It was paid by PO the first time and the second time by credit card which I can't find, but my records show it's not due until March 2016. My first invoice below.

Yes, I have checked our records and I can see the account Cityplex is on Silver Bi-Yearly Plan, would you like to move your forms to that account ?
We will wait your response.
