Is there a limit on the number of Submissions a jot form can accept and track?

If 6,000 people respond to a posted jot form, will it keep working or is there some sort of maximum?

For free accounts, the monthly limit is 100 submissions/response. When your account reaches this limit, you will be sent a warning message via email. The account (and forms) will be disabled at the end of the day, unless you upgrade to either a Premium or Professional package.

When forms are disabled, it cannot accept futher responses. Submitting a disabled form will only display this message:

I am not on free accounts, I upgraded and they have been billing my credit card for months so why is it reads form over quota?
