This is intlframes and you have been billing my credit card so why is it not showing the the jotform and it reads jotform over quota if I upgraded and been billed my credit card ever month?Page URL:

We're sorry for the inconvenience. For some reason, Plimus, our payment processor, failed to charge your credit card for the month of February. Plimus notified you thrice about this issue from Feb 3 - 5.
Due to lack of action from your end, it automatically cancelled your subscription. Kindly re-upgrade your account using this upgrade link (make sure that you're logged in to your JotForm account).
To ease your mind, I have temporarily reactivated your account so you will not miss new submissions from here on out. You will have 24 hours to upgrade your account before it gets deactivated again (if not upgraded).
If you're having difficulties, please do inform us.

I have free account. I received 122 responses. I'll lose another 22? I even upgrading from my account?

You've currently over-limited the free limits which is 100 submissions per month. Actually nothing will be lost since your form will no longer accept submissions when it started to get over quota.
May we know the email address used or the order reference found on the receipt that was sent to you by FastSpring, our payment gateway when you subscribe to JotForm?
