Hi. I created a form called 'questionnaire'.
When I fill it out and submit it I am not receiving the information.
I am receiving a confirmation but it doesn't notify me that a form has been submitted.
As far as I understand from your thread, you can submit your form cut you don't receive any notification.
First of all, please make the arrangements at your notification as you see below:
Your email address, email@example.com is NOT in our bounce list.
Please, check the guide below also:
Could you please check your spam, trash and bulk folders? If you find them there, please mark them as not spam in order to not go into the folder any more.
Lastly, you are currently using a custom sender email address through verification method. If this is not working to some of your forms, I would suggest using our SMTP method(s):

I still can't figure it out. I open the link and fill out the form. The email I enter (as if a client) doesn't get the "thank you" email.
I am not receiving notification that a form has been submitted.
I have tested your form and I can see the emails are being sent, I have submitted the form and got the Thank You Page :
I can see the submissions on the submissions page as well, and as you are using your form to collect payments, you have an incomplete payment, when a payment is not completed you do not receive the email notification, but you can change it in your settings and receive email notifications even if a payment is not completed, just follow this guide :
