I tried to cancel my subscription and got an error. It told me to contact support.
Could you please 'Downgrade' my plan to the free version?

The reason you are unable to cancel the subscription is because you are on an older grandfathered pricing plan with one of our older billing systems before we restructured them and switched to using Stripe awhile back.
I've gone ahead and cancelled your subscription plan per your request. Your subscription plan will run its course for the next few days that you have paid to finish up and then our system will downgrade you on 1/7/16.
