On a Radio Button - can I have 3 choices there? I mean can the subscriber dott 3 buttons?

If you wish to allow your users to select multiple items, you will need to use the check box instead. Please note that the radio button field is designed to only allow your users to select one item on the list.

If you wish to limit the number of items selected in the check boxes, you can do that by clicking the gear icon on your check box and select "Edit Properties". In the "Properties" window, you can set the maximum and minimum selections.
