    Hello!

We just switched our email systems and are now using Exchange. I tried to go through the verify email process for sender emails and setting up the new email, with no luck. Do you know what SMTP settings we should have for our sender emails? I have set up host as outlook.office365.com but not sure about port and other settings. I am not getting the SMTP error any more, but now I do not receive emails at all. I've included the below link, but we have a few different accounts for the business.

    Thank you!

I have checked our email log and I found only 1 failed submission, other submissions were sent successfully.

Please check spam, trash and bulk folders and if you find them there please mark them as not spam in order to not go into the folder any more.

I have checked your email notification and I noticed that you are using your own Email Address as Sender Email. Maybe you did not not set your SMTP credentials right. Inside of this article you can find out how to to it:

Also I would suggest you to  to whitelist JotMails IP Addresses:

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
