Is there a good way to start tracking the bounce/exit rate within a lightbox form? I really like the lightbox format, but it would be helpful to know if people are closing the form right after opening it, or are just not considering the call to action to begin with.

If you're knowledgeable with Google Analytics, you can add two goals for your lightbox form. One is for when the form is loaded, and the other is for when the form is submitted.
You can insert the tracking pixel for the first goal on the form itself using the Free Text HTML button.
The conversion tracking pixel will be placed on the form's Thank You message or page.

Here is the great news for you. We're pleased to announce that today we've released the native Form Analytics feature.
You can access this feature from More menu by selecting a JotForm on your My Forms page.
You can now see how many people viewed your forms, how many responded, and where the traffic is coming from. Please give it a try and let us know your feedback.
