Our forms keep coming back with a "500 Internal Server Error" after hitting submit. I see others on the forum are having the same problem so I'm assuming it's an issue on your end. Do you have an ETA of when it will be resolved? Please advise.

My apologies, we had a minor attack on our severs that has been mitigated. Everything should be back up once again. If you have any further issues with the 500 error, let us know and we will be happy to have a look at your forms.
