When a form is submitted, I'm getting a 500 Internal Server Error (nginx/1.9.3)

We need to make a decision whether we use jotform or not within the next 24 hours, as we need to create board applications for submittal in the month of January.

Can you assure us that this error will be fixed soon and will not re-occur?

    Thanks,

    Claudia

My apologies, we had a minor attack on our severs that has been mitigated.  Everything should be back up once again.  If you have any further issues with the 500 error, let us know and we will be happy to have a look at your forms.

Is this the reason fro the 403 error as well? It is still not working from our work address

The 403 error is unrelated.  Make sure you are fully logged in to your account prior to accessing your submissions.  Your last couple posts came from a Guest account so you may not be logged in and being denied access to the uploads.
