Incomplete submissions occur when your user submits a form but does not complete the payment transaction (i.e., close the transaction window). It also happens when there is a delay in posting the payment by your chosen payment gateway, such as Paypal, but it never takes more than a couple of minutes though.
Payments will arrive in your account (Paypal/Google Checkout/Authorize.Net/etc) if the user successfully completed the transaction.
