Available Space and how this works

    Hi,

I'm currently on a free plan with 100mb of free space a month. What is this space for? Is it just for the forms I design? or if, for example, I had an 'upload file' section on my form and 20 people submitted forms that totaled 100mb, is this where the space goes?

If this is the case, is there a setting where submitted forms would get forwarded straight to my email address, and not save a copy on your servers, therefore saving my available space so I don't have to keep going into the jotform to delete the submitted forms off of your servers to save space?

    Many thanks

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

With a free account you have only 100 MB available for uploads, your created forms do not use this space, you can create a lot of forms and your space will not be affected.

In regards to send uploaded files to a custom account, you can take a look to these links:

Send uploaded files to Google Drive : http://www.jotform.com/help/192-How-to-Integrate-a-Form-with-Google-Drive

You can integrate your forms with Dropbox : http://www.jotform.com/help/77-Upload-to-Dropbox-with-JotForm

You can also use a custom FTP connection : http://www.jotform.com/help/177-How-to-Enable-FTP-on-Form-Submissions

However, uploaded files using a JotForm always are uploaded to our servers and will always use your free available space, you will need to delete old submissions in order to get free space.

    Hope this will help you.

    Regards.
