Did my service get upgraded?

    Hello my name is Alberto Chavez

    I upgraded my account today to premium but nothing happened.

    I still just have the 100 forms not 1000 per month.

    My username is achave54 and I used my credit card information to do this but nothing happened.

    Also, on my account it says it will expire tomorrow?

    Please help

    You were saying that nothing happened when you tried to upgrade  your account. Did you receive an email confirmation or not? If you did, please give us the reference number for the said transaction.

    If not, kindly try upgrading yet again. Click this upgrade link to do so. Make sure that you are logged in to your JotForm account before upgrading.

    Let us know if you're experiencing any difficulties.

    I did not receive any confirmation or any bill to my bank either.

    I will upgrade again. I just want to make sure the system doen not charge me twice.
