I had used a trial free form over a year ago, but never used the service. Now I get an email that referenced an account that I supposedly have. If that is true, I would like to cancel it.

However, thanks for providing us more details about how to proceed with your account, as per your request I will delete your account with username EFRussell, do not, you will not have access to your forms again and if you want to use JotForm again , you will need to create a new account.
