All I see are the form fields, the ones I created. No information. If I check my Jot Form inbox, I can see everything. It's the email submissions that aren't reading properly. Again, no customer information is showing up in the body of the emails.

I've cloned your JotForm and notice that the notification was set to Text mode and all the fields are not available in it. You may create a new notification by using the guide below so that all the fields on your form would be added automatically to the new notification.

You may later delete the current notification once you have the new notification with all fields.
