    Missing data on submissions

    ACTUALLY ALL OF THE DATA FROM EVERY FORM IS GONE

    Hi,

    We apologize for the inconvenient.

    I made a test submission and I can see the submitted data there : 

    However, I can see missing data on previous submissions, I will report it to our second level and one of our developers will take a look to the issue, you will be notified when it's solved via this thread.

    I did check your forms and data is there.

    I also checked most of your forms and I do not see the issue there anymore, seems like data is back.

    Could you confirm us that?

    Hi Kevin_G,

    Yes, the data is all back now, however it only came back after Meunal saw this same question posted in another thread earlier today and fixed the problem. The issue was resolved in ten minutes as opposed to two months with no answers in this thread here. I am very thankful he was able to do that, however I am very frustrated that the problem was not solved the first time and we are unlikely to continue using this service as a result.
