I've attempted to upgrade plans but the upgrade does not go through

    You guys told me in an email that I should cancel my plan then upgrade, but I'm concerned that doing so may cause me to lose the data that's associated with my account.

    Hi,

    If we cancel your current subscription, you will not lose any data at all and there will be no interruptions in your service.  Once your current subscription is cancelled, you will be able to upgrade to whichever sale priced plan you would like.

    Let us know if you would like to proceed with cancelling your current subscription and we will take care of it as soon as we can.
