Why are we not receiving form submissions?

    This form has worked in the past. Users are not receiving email notifications for this form: https://form.jotform.com/50415392473959 

    Please investigate.

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    I have submitted successfully your form, and I can see the submission is there : 

    And I can see you have not configured an email notification in your form, there is only an Autoresponder.

    You can add an email notification by following this guide : http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications

    Thanks for your reply. For this form, we're not wanting an email notification. The person completing the form is needing an email with a link to produce a PDF of their submitted data.

    Hi,

    Thank you for clarifying us your request.

    You can include a PDF file with the Autoresponder email with the submitted data, to do it just open the Autoresponder and then add the PDF link, your users will receive it and they will be able to download it.

    Hope this is what you are looking for.
