Were you referring to your form submission emails not being received? if its something else please clarify.
I did checked your jotform http://www.jotformpro.com/form/51054483053954 and the email settings.
The account email and the Recipient E-mail are not blocked. So emails should be arriving in your inbox as intended.
I did noted that the multiple recipient email setup was incorrect since it was using semi-colon as separator instead of the comma sign as mentioned in the user guide: Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients Please correct the email separator as well.
You can check the sent email history logs using your account.
