why is the global countdown widget wizard not running?

    The global countdown widget wizard is not running since yesterday 30/12/2015. Each time I add it, it keeps saying "run the wizard"

     

    I cannot  edit the timing also because the wizard is not running

    Hello smatpages,

    I did check your form and did not find any issue with that. You have configured your "Global Countdown" widget and set it to 1 minute. Your form also seems to be timing out after a minute. Please check the screenshot below:

    Please test your form again and try to set the count down time. Do get back to us if the issue persists.
