We used your service to receive submissions for an exhibition we held in September 2015. When we went back to review and create critical feedback for rejected submissions the link on the submission pages we saved took us to "file could not be found" page. We saved each submission page to dropbox knowing we would need them but we cannot access the jpeg files that hold the images of each submission on the jot form. We were relying on being able to access this information to complete our services offered via our exhibition and were not aware there was a limited time frame to be able to access the submissions from your service. Is there any way you could help us gain access to the images from 4 jot form submissions? It would be a huge help!!!

Apologies for the inconvenience. It seems like the account was set to "Dormant" status.
I have fixed your account and the files should be accessible by now.
However, please note that we have a bandwidth limit for uploaded files in submissions. For small files with a file size of less than 10 MB, you can view or download them 100 times. For large files with a file size of greater than 10 MB, you can view or download them 10 times. I would strongly advise to download them all in your local storage for easy access.
Do let us know if you need more information on this.

THANK YOU!!!! I’ll be downloading them all Monday and Tuesday of next week. I’ve been working off the forms but will make sure to have them all documented by the end of Tuesday. Much appreciated:)
