Hi,
I recently set up an account, built a form, and embedded it on my client's website: holtzshop.com. When building the form, I sent two test emails which went to my email address - gavin@lumenati.co - and hopefully my clients - the.holtz@gmail.com.
Since I've embedded the form on this page: http://holtzshop.com/chalkboards-holders/custom-cut-chalks/ I've done two test submissions and have yet to receive a notification of email for either test. Can you please let me know what the issue is? I need to make sure that every time someone submits the form, my client is notified.
Thanks.

Hi,
I made some test, I submitted your form from your website and using the direct link, the non-embedded link, and I can see emails are being sent to the email address : the.holtz@gmail.com .
Also, I checked settings in your email notification and I can see there is only one email address, it's the.holtz@gmail.com. That's the reason why you are not receiving email address in your another email address : gavin@lumenati.co.
As you see there is only one email address, you can add more than one email address by following this guide : http://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients
Do let us know if it helps you, if not, we will be glad to assist you.
Regards.
