How to send email notifications to multiple recipients ?Asked by GavinAnstey on January 01, 2016 at 06:32 PM
I recently set up an account, built a form, and embedded it on my client's website: holtzshop.com. When building the form, I sent two test emails which went to my email address - firstname.lastname@example.org - and hopefully my clients - email@example.com.
Since I've embedded the form on this page: http://holtzshop.com/chalkboards-holders/custom-cut-chalks/ I've done two test submissions and have yet to receive a notification of email for either test. Can you please let me know what the issue is? I need to make sure that every time someone submits the form, my client is notified.
Emails Submissions thanks and
I made some test, I submitted your form from your website and using the direct link, the non-embedded link, and I can see emails are being sent to the email address : firstname.lastname@example.org .
Also, I checked settings in your email notification and I can see there is only one email address, it's email@example.com. That's the reason why you are not receiving email address in your another email address : firstname.lastname@example.org.
As you see there is only one email address, you can add more than one email address by following this guide : http://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients
Do let us know if it helps you, if not, we will be glad to assist you.
