    Both the Form Displayed on My Website and the Notification I Receive Are Not Reflecting the Updates I Make in the Form Builder

    Yesterday I did several adjustments to my Jotform. The one I see on my website is an old one, not the latest.

    Beside I added a new field: Which App are you contacting us about.

    Today I received the 1st Jotform since my changes and this new field is not there! See attachment.

     

    I've already ensured that my websiste is linking the right form, which is: http://form.jotformeu.com/jsform/52833989917374

    Any ideas of what may causing this?

    Hi Mirella,

    Sorry about the concern this is causing you. The new field isn't appearing in the email you receive because it hasn't been added to the notification in the form builder. Now, normally it would be added automatically but once the data table of a notification or autoresponder has been edited, updates to the form won't be reflected in there. However, you can manually add the field to the notification as follows:

    1. Click the row you want it to appear above and then click the Table menu > Row > Insert row before:

    This will insert a new row above the Topic 2 field

    2. Click the new cell in the Question column and type Which app are you contacting us about?

    3. Click the new cell of the Answer column and then in the Form Fields menu click Which app are you Co... :


    4. Click the Finish button

    That should fix the notification. However, as to the form not updating on your page, try using the following code instead and let us know if it helps:
