I got an email saying I'm upgraded, and it would cost $45. I never requested or authorized and upgrade! Why the $45 charge?Page URL:

You have been subscribed to Jotform since January 1st, 2014 and this is a recurring plan. The $45USD is for the renewal. Anyways, I have cancelled your subscription and refunded the payment. Expect the refund returned to your card within 4-10 business days.
