I created a new form with a PayPal widget. It's requiring my customers to subscribe to PayPal.

I create a new form https://form.jotform.com/53567306348158 with the PayPal widget.  When my customers go to pay and select Credit Card, the widget is forcing them to sign up for PayPal.  This is not the first form I have created with the PayPal widget, but this is the only one that is forcing my customers to sign up for PayPal.

You have two things to check for this issue.

    1. You have a Personal Type account. You have to be on Premier or Business Type in order to offer an optional registration to your customers or guest checkout.

    2. Your Paypal Account Optional setting is turn off. You have to turn this on in order to allow guest checkouts. This is under:

My Selling Tools > Website Preferences > PayPal Account Optional

Try checking it with this link: https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/customerprofileweb?cmd=_profile-website-payments.
