SSL image cut off

[first time design] emblem has bottom 2/3 cutoff when website is published.  Tried to adjust the size using the icons at top of designer, but only stretched and distorted the picture of the emblem when in designer.  thanks.

I have checked all your forms and I can not find any of them with the certificate seal image on it.

Could you share us the link to your form please ? 

Also, if possible, share us the link to the webpage where your for is embedded, it would be helpful.
