    Hi I have placed this code

    Into my contacts page in the http section but the form does not show on my page.

    I would apprciate your help.

    Hello Robyn,

    Is it possible that you could paste again the code so we can check it from here? I see that you are using a different contact form in your page now.

    Also, I suggest to use the iframe embed code. This might work best in your page. http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
