I hate to say this but we do not have a buit in feature that you can use to accomplish your goal. Passing information across different forms can only be accomplished by sending PHP POST data via the Thank You URL.
Here is a sample form which does that:
The problem is that your goal is a little too complicated and will require a custom PHP script that will parse the data and forward them to the appropriate form, depending on the content of the data.
This cannot be done from within the form builder alone.
