Looking at your payment plan, what are subscriptions?

I'm trying to decide how many subscriptions I would need. It's for a form that doesn't need payments. I could just send the form's link to people, so I don't need to email directly from JotForm. Do you mean if more than 100 people fill out the form (or make 1 submission - some people might make more than one if they change their mind), we start being charged to see the data? We are a non-profit, and might only use JotForm for one form.

    Thanks!

If you are subscribed to a paid plan like the Bronze package, you can enjoy up to 1000 submissions per month. It means that you can receive more than 100 submission.

If you are not subscribed or you are just using the Free plan then you form will be disabled or suspended once you reach the limits which is 100 submissions per month. Your customers or users will not be able to open the form if that happens.

If you sign up for a subscription, then you will be charged monthly or anually depending on what method you choose. By the way, the limit is applicable to all of the forms as a total and not on one form only.

Let us know if you need more clarifications. Thank you.
