My Visual Report is showing up as zero instead of the actual number of selectionsAsked by TVRPNick on January 03, 2016 at 11:50 AM
I have over 55,000 responses to a single question on a survey. When I try to create a visual report to view the results, the data does not populate the chart/graph. All of the results say '0'. It was working yesterday. I am using this as a poll and need a way to compile the submissions so I can read how many votes each selection has received. Any help or other ways to do this??
I was able to see this problem in your form. I can't find an error, but this is most likely because of the number of the options in a single field.
I have forwarded this to our developers so they can check this further for us. Please don't delete the visual report in your form, I have it in the report so our developers can see the problem. We will let you know here as soon as we have any news about it.
