Subscription without consulting me

    Dear Sirs

     

    I was surprised to see that you have charged my credit card N. .....-4187 with an additional

    month of subscription without consulting me. I had subscribed only for one month in order to

    test your services. Yours is not a correct practice.

     

    In future, I kindly request that no further charges be made to my credit card as I am acting as

    webmaster for an Italian client, called CIRPS.

    who may be interested in renewing subscription for a whole year. The subscription holder will

    become CIRPS.

    The Premium subscription is charged monthly unless you cancel it prior to the  next payment date. There was no indication that your paid subscription was cancelled which is why you were automatically charged.

    Since you are paying using a credit card this is handled by our payment gateway Plimus. To downgrade the account please login to JotForm then click on Account Settings from the bottom of the page. The Account Settings will show you a 'Cancel' button click on this button and you will be redirected to Plimus website.

    Your Plimus username is a long string of numbers from the original plimus email you received when you paid for JotForm.

    If you forgot the password you may visit the link below and enter the email
    address used upon sign up.
