Form not found This form is disabled.

    To Whom It May Concern

    I have created a new form, but the form cannot be reached - I only get following message: This Form is disabled

    What am I doing wrong?

    I'm also with this problem. All my websites which use JotForm are with the forms disabled. I've tried disable and enable them again but It doesn't work. I've already asked them a similar question about this issue.

    I have corrected the issue and reinstated your jotform account/username ugrslv 

    You may need to relogin at http://www.jotform.com/login to see the updates.

    Let us know if issue persist.
