"Form not found. This form is disabled"

    Hello,

    First week of this new year I'm getting a problem with the forms that are embed on my websites.

    I get a message: "Form not found. This form is disabled"

    I have access to my Account, but none of the forms I create even appear on the embed websites.

    How to proceed? All of my websites with forms from JotForm are disabled... the screenshot it's just from one of them.

    I checked your subscription with account/username fredfb  and I found it Active and available already.

    Please check again by logging to the account at http://www.jotform.com/login
