I have created a form which i preview displays correctly in internet explorer but is missing information in google chrome display. Any help would be appreciated. If you view the webpage in both internet explorer and google chrome you will notice difference.

I'm sorry but I can't seem to replicate the issue you're having. I checked your form on different browsers including internet explorer but I was unable to see any difference between them and the form in Google Chrome.
Can you provide a screenshot of the said issue so we can investigate your concern further? May we also ask the version of google chrome that you are using? For now, I can suggest you try clearing your browser cache and see if the issue persists.
