Account Suspended for Phishing, but "Phishing" fields are required?

Hi guys! So my account was suspended for phishing, which now that I understand is internet scamming. My forms have nothing to do with that, they don't even require you to put in payment methods...

So I looked through some of the forms and it says it automatically detects it as bad because I have Username and email address. These are kind of necessary for the blog I run so it kind of stinks that these are automatically detected as Phishing!

Anyways, I REALLY need the forms back Asap.

If you'd like a closer look for proof that my blog is phishing, here's my blog (yes its based on a video game which gives further proof i'm not phishing)

I hope we can get sorted out because a few of the people who help me with this blog are thinking of switching to another form hosting because of all these errors we've been encountering lately and I'd hate for that to happen because I love Jotform!

    Hello TheWoozworldVoice,

Upon checking your account I found that it's suspended by our anti-phishing system. We have automated anti-phishing system which scans all forms and mark them with probability of being used for phishing activities.

Upon taking a closer look at your form, I can confirm that it's not being used for any phishing activities. I have activated your account now. Do try to sign in to your account and get back to us if you have any trouble.

    Thank you!
