I am unable to replicate the problem in my end, however, I checked your account and the form titled "2016 Outlaw Armageddon" with 100,000+ submissions and was able to see what you meant.
I have forwarded this to our developers to have it checked and fixed. However, I'm unable to provide an estimated time frame for this. Perhaps using the Google Spreadsheet integration and using the built in charts there can be used as an alternative while our developers are still fixing the problem?
For the Form Analytics, I opened a separate thread so that we can better discuss it, please refer to this link instead: http://www.jotform.com/answers/735166. We will address it shortly.
Apologies for the inconvenience.

Ok, when trying to use Google Doc or Excel Report it's only showing the first 10,000 responses now...when I have 175,000. Right now I basically have no access to my data whatsoever. I really need to be able to get to this ASAP. TIA

Yes, the report creator will generate the submissions by batch, 10,000 per file for Excel Report and I think 60k for the CSV report. You will have to access your form submissions page and download it from there: http://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions.
We will also try to get you the tally for each selected options. I think this can be done through Excel, pivot or a formula (CountIF).

Hi
The problem was caused because of the large amount of submissions on your form. Your forms current has ~196000 submissions so I have increase the reporting limit to 200,000 so your report is now displaying the chart correctly.
