my form won't download to excel

    I have tested your forms 2016 Kick Off Meeting, Jan. 6 ,2016 Kick Off Vendors and I was able to download an excel copy of the submissions.

    If these are not the affected form s could you kindly let us know which ones and also what you are encountering when you attempt to download the excel file.
