Trying to upload large files and get an error. Works fine with smaller files. The files I am trying to send are 770MB and 1002MB. I have the settings for the file upload max size to 2000000MB, in other words - virtually unlimited.

Apologies for the inconvenience.
We received reports that users are unable to upload files with a size of 700 MB. I have forwarded your concern to our developers to have it checked.
I would also like to mention that the max file size is 1 GB per file in JotForm, you can check this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/33-Changing-the-Upload-Size-Limit. But it is indeed a bug that it does not allow files with a size of 700 MB.
We will update you as soon as this has been fixed.

Has there always been that 1GB limit? It seems in the past my customers were able to send larger then 1GB files.

As far I can remember, there were adjustments on the file upload field. But I believe the 1 GB limit per file has already been implemented since last year. But our developers are aware of the reports regarding large files (around 700 MB above) that fails during the upload process, and are doing their best to fix and improve this feature. Apologies for the inconvenience.

We have released a patch that fixes the problem with large file uploads (1GB or less) through embedded forms (like your form).
Can you please confirm if your form is no longer having issues with such files?

Yes, no longer have that issue. Thanks.
