FTP submission form no longer working

    I have a ftp jot form that was working until last week and now only gives a "File could not be uploaded for some reason" error.  It creates empty folders on my FTP site where it was creating the folder and transfering the files.

    Hi,

    I checked your form and I was unable to replicate your issue, I could submit the form successfully and received the Thank You message.

    Maybe you should increase the upload size limit in your form, you can do it by following this guide : http://www.jotform.com/help/33-Changing-the-Upload-Size-Limit
