I tried to reply to my other topic, buy since that doesn't work I made a new one.
In my form there are certain fields that are not required to be filled in.
How can I prevent fields left empty to appear in the submitted form to my e-mail?

There is just no way around that, if you want a field to appear in the notification/autoresponder emails whether its been filled in or not, its 'question' is going to have to be in the email composition.

Can we make a formal request here to ask that JotForm have the ability to prevent empty fields from appearing in emails? Some of the forms can be quite lengthy if all fields are seen. Our department relies on email for submitted requests rather than going to an report interface.

Our developers are planning on improving the email alerts system in the future, so your request might be considered. Unfortunately though, we cannot make a guarantee as to when the new version will be released, especially since our development team's workload has been rather heavy these days.
