I am having difficulty viewing submissions on the forms my colleague has shared with me, please can you get in touch to assist?

I see that the account sharing the forms with you is using our EU datacenter and your account is not. Since the invalidation of EU Safe Harbor framework, the data cannot be accessed by other accounts unless they are also from EU datacenter. Please refer to the guide below with more information on EU Safe Harbor invalidation.
You may change your account to use EU Data center from your Account settings.
Once your account is also using Europe Datacenter, you should be able to view the submissions from the other account.
