My client's form isn't working anymore, she isn't getting emailed when they are submitted like she used to.

My client isn't getting emailed her submissions anymore, she used to but now she has to contact me wondering about form submissions she hasn't seen. Is there a quick fix for this? Something in the code maybe?

Sorry for this inconvenience. I have just reviewed your form and email settings. I did not notice any thing wrong. I also verified your email history and noticed that email have been send properly to the email a*****n@paulbunyan.net. Can you please advice to verify if this emails are not in the spam or junk bin.
