My client isn't getting emailed her submissions anymore, she used to but now she has to contact me wondering about form submissions she hasn't seen. Is there a quick fix for this? Something in the code maybe?

Sorry for this inconvenience. I have just reviewed your form and email settings. I did not notice any thing wrong. I also verified your email history and noticed that email have been send properly to the email email@example.com. Can you please advice to verify if this emails are not in the spam or junk bin.
