I work for Colorado Christian University. I created the account under the impression that sub-users would be equal to me: on the bronze level...but they are not. Currently, my boss is in the sub-user account and needs to be in the main account, in order to have access to all the payments... Is there any way to switch the two of us? Or somehow get us on the same account?

I checked your account and as you say, you are on Bronze account, however, your sub-user account dbranstr is a free account.
With give access to payments, are you referring to your subscription payments ? or to payments through your forms ?
If you are referring to payments through your forms, your sub-user can access to them, but if you are referring to your subscription payment, it's not possible to transfer the account or switch accounts, the only way would be cancelling your current subscription and then purchase a new one with the new account.
